| Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. All items are shipped priority mail. If you wish to receive it sooner, please contact us. |

| Shipping and handling? |
| The standard shipping and handling fee is $7.00 (within the United States). Your jewelry is shipped using USPS Priority Mail and includes insurance. For express delivery (USPS Express Delivery), the fee is $15.00. We currently do not ship outside the US. |

| How do I determine the correct size to order? |
| To measure your wrist, take a tape measure and wrap it around your wrist bone. Make sure the tape measure is comfortable, not tight, and without gaps. |

| What if I have more children/grandchildren? |
| Names/birthstones can always be added. To inquire about the cost, please contact us. |

| Return policy? |
| All returns will be gladly accepted within 10 days from date of receipt. You will receive a complete refund of the purchase price excluding all shipping charges. All returns must include a return authorization number. Please email us prior to returning any merchandise.

| Warranty? |
| Any merchandise that is broken or needs resizing will be repaired/resized free within the first 30 days of purchase. Refunds will not be given on broken merchandise or on shipping and handling fees. Please email us prior to returning any merchandise. All merchandise must include a return authorization number. |

| Caring for jewelry? |
| Gold and silver are softer than many stones which is why they require special care when wearing, storing, or cleaning.
Use a smooth soft 100% cotton cloth to gently wipe your sterling silver jewelry clean of make-up and skin oils after each wearing. We do not recommend buffing gold filled beads. Don't wear jewelry when cleaning or showering. Chlorine bleach is harmful to jewelry. It is best not to wear it in the pool or hot tub.
To help retard tarnish on sterling silver place in an air-tight container wrapped in soft cotton cloth, special non-tarnish tissue, or with a piece of chalk.
The letter beads and Bali beads are oxidized sterling silver. Never dip oxidized sterling as this will remove the oxidation and change the appearance of the beads.
Remember...put your jewelry on last...after hairspray, nail polish, make-up and any other such items are applied. This will help maintain the brilliance of your jewelry piece. |
